He was predeceased by: his parents, Fayburn Daugherty and Margie Tines Daugherty; and his brothers, Robert Tines and Michael Daugherty. He is survived by: his children, James Brannon Daugherty and Melissa Kay Bourne (Brandon); his grandchildren, Mercedes AddisonBourne and James Peyton Bourne; and his brothers, Doug McMurray and Tony Daugherty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
