He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Elizabeth Ann Bingham Proctor; and his brothers, Richard Proctor, Jr. and Johnny Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ellen Hornback Proctor; his children, Tasha Staples of Louisville, KY, Christina Hawkins of Crestwood, KY, Jessica Hawkins of Trimble Co, Abel Botkins of Worthville, KY and Richie Hawkins of Worthville, KY; and his sisters, Judy Tingle of Worthville, KY and Jeannie Davis of Ghent, KY. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren.
