He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor Couch and Anna Marie Couch (Baker). He is survived by: his close friend Faye Triplett of Worthville; his children, CJ Couch (Holly) of Carrollton, Steve Couch of Sanders, Chris Couch (Elizabeth) of Campbellsburg and Stephanie Clay of Worthville; his siblings, Larry Couch (Cindy) of Eminence, Keith Couch (Tammy) of Worthville, Greg Couch (Kelly) of Carrollton, Fred Feltner (Donna) of New Castle and Tabitha Taylor of Carrollton; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Alyssa, Darian, Lucas, Nic, Thomas, Belle and Abbie.
