He is survived by: his parent Viola Polly Wilson of Worthville; his spouse Barbara Sue Perkins Wilson of Worthville; his daughters, Patty Cozine (Eddie) of Sparta and Tracy Wilson of Worthville; his stepchildren, Heath Cain (Sandy) of Worthville, Audra Perkins (Josh) of Owenton and Stacy Spicer (Danny) of Woodward; and his grandchildren, Courtney Cozine, Kenneth Dale Cozine, Owen Dale Stark, Autum Perkins, Ellie Perkins, Stephen Asher, Ryan Cain, Shelby Cain, Donnie Dixon and Rusty Garrett.
