He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Kinner Barker of Worthington, KY; his daughter Lisa Barker of Worthington, KY; his granddaughters, Kendal Barker of Worthington, KY and Amy Barker of Lexington, KY; his great grandchildren, Brynn and Everly; and his sister Loretta Clark (Paul) of Lorain, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
