He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Bailey (Donna), Ann Walters and Grace Skibbe (Robert).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carman Funeral Home (2301 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
