She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Welch and Marie Holt Welch; and her siblings, John, Richard, David, Paul Welch, Louise Newland, Betty Horn, Carolyn Horn, Glada Crum and Donna Young.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Jeffrey Bruce of Worthington, KY; her children, Tonya Riffe (Chris) of Worthington, KY, Todd Gumbert of Wurtland, KY and Aaron Gumbert (Becki) of Flatwoods, KY; her grandchildren, Gage Gumbert, JaLeigh Gumbert, Baille Riffe and Macie Riffe; and her son Raymond "Doc" Gumbert of Wurtland, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
