Arlie Williams Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2020, at the age of 87, Arlie Williams of Worthington, Kentucky, born in Inez, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arlie Williams to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Williams and Myrtle Hinkle Williams; his former wife Jewell Hammond Williams; and his brothers, Ralph Williams and Donald Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Celeste Hawkins Williams; his children, Herbert Williams (Nancy) of Michigan and Lura Beth Hensley (Jerry) of Ohio; his stepchildren, Christa Sanford (Chris) of Alabama, Cathy Staples (Ben) of Tennessee and Michael Grizzle (Abby) of Georgia; his daughter Jane Perry; his sisters-in-law, Alvatine Williams and Barb Williams; his grandchildren, Reid, Ryder Staples, Peyton Grizzle, Keisha Crookshanks, Katina Johnson, CJ Hensley, Brooke Hensley and Taylor Hensley; and his pets, Missy and Annie. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Meals on Wheels, an organization that Arlie held dear to him.
