He is survived by: his mother Karen Kelley Chappler of Tulsa; his wife Anna Elizabeth Cone Chappler; his sons, Cameron Cone of Worthington, Kentucky, Ethan Chappler of Worthington, Kentucky and Gabriel Chappler of Worthington, Kentucky; his aunt Claudia; his uncles, Jim Gant of Hilton Head and Brian Gant of Virginia; and his cousins, Jamie Warner of San Diego and Melissa Gant of Arizona.
