He is survived by: his wife Maelene Ford of Wooton; his mother Jeri Ford Darnell (George Darnell) of Beaver Dam; his niece Janessa Melton (Arthur) of Wooton; his great-nephews, Brandon Melton (Adriana Hernandez) and Justin Melton of Wooton; and his brother-in-law Scott Edgin of Wooton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
