He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Young, Sr. and Dora Boggs; and his siblings, Bill Whitaker, G. B. Whitaker, Molly S. Coots, Pauline Smith, Virgie Melton, Wanda Faye Williams and Emma Louise Bingham.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Turner Young; and his children, Lance O'Neil Young (Ragina), Misty Dawn Vance (Heath) and Regina Lynn Tessner (Jack). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
His contributions to his work were a testament to his strong work ethic and resilience.
