She was predeceased by: her mother Greta Mae Sizemore; and her grandparents, Les Cornett and Donna Kaye Sizemore. She is survived by: her father Randy Cornett (Travis Maggard) of Wooton, KY.; her grandparents, Carolyn Cornett of Wooton, KY. and Floyd Jr. Sizemore; and her siblings, Gary Lee Sizemore and Leah Sizemore of Corbin, KY.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
