He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Banks and Harvey Madden; his brother James Madden; and his daughter Tabitha Madden Maggard. He is survived by: his siblings, Harvey Madden, Melva Lewis (Donnie), Eyvonne Banks (Sancie Caldwell), Alpha Lamb (Carr) and Elizabeth Madden; and his grandchildren, Joseph Madden, Landen Maggard and Chloe Maggard.
