He is survived by: his wife Wilma Lee Smith of Woollum; his children, Charles Edward Smith (Norma) of Woollum, Billy Adam Smith (Ashley Ann) of Woollum and Sallie Annette Smith of Woollum; his grandchildren, Shania Lee June Frederick (Corey), Derek Adam Smith, Wilmalee Smith and Brihana Sally Lynn Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kylie Chevelle and Jayla June Frederick.
