It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Hershel Carmen House of Woodbury, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 82, on January 10, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Euda House and Coweta House (Woodbury); and his sister Vivian. He is survived by: his daughter Jana Rose (David); his granddaughter Beth Rose; and his siblings, Vickie House, Frank House (Lally) and Johnny House. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the recently established Hershel House and the Woodbury School Foundation, Inc., which has been established to preserve his legacy and further his love of teaching others.
