He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnson McCulloch; his sons, Bruce, Scott (Melanie), Bobby, Tom (Lisa), Steve and Michael (Tammy); and his stepchildren, Scott Johnson (Patty) and Robin Lindorfer (Dan).
