With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Mitchell of Woodburn, Kentucky, who passed away on October 30, 2018 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Mitchell and Lorene Adler O'Neal. He is survived by: his son Michael O'Neal (Wendy) of Woodburn; his sister Bonnie Thomas (Kenneth) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Breanne Jones (Austin) and Brett O'Neal (Chasity); and his great grandchild Sunni Brooke Jones.
The family request that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
