He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Mitchell and Lorene Adler O'Neal. He is survived by: his son Michael O'Neal (Wendy) of Woodburn; his sister Bonnie Thomas (Kenneth) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Breanne Jones (Austin) and Brett O'Neal (Chasity); and his great grandchild Sunni Brooke Jones.

The family request that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
