He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hobort Perkins, Sr. and Velma Shoemaker Perkins; and his siblings, William Hobort Perkins, Jr. and Doris Mae Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Perkins; his children, Doris Hunt, Diana Parent (Tommy), Vickie Perkins, Elizabeth Perkins and Gary Perkins (Angie); his grandchildren, Lauren Hunt and Tyler Hunt; and his nieces, Barbara Tichenor, Amber and Traci Duncan.
