She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Frances Honshell Lowery and Eugene Lowery; her siblings, Helen Lowery Breon and Gary Wayne Lowery; and her granddaughter Sara Michaela Hurt.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Minton (Donna) of Barre, Massachusetts, Terry Minton (Susan) of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Sandra Hurt (Michael) of Franklin, Kentucky and Tina Parkhurst (Wayne Embry) of Morgantown, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Aaron Minton (Christy), Chad Minton (Jessica), Josh Minton (Hannah), Julia Minton, Mallorie Parkhurst, Joseph Klokoc, Danielle Minton, Eli Hurt and Colton Hurt (Molly); her great grandchildren, Sawyer Minton, Wendy Lou Minton, Theodore Minton, Sam Minton, Cole Minton, Ty Minton, Asa Minton, Brooklyn Neeley and Brianna Neely; her siblings, Vickie Sue Boyd, Linda Cowles (Roy) and Michael Lowery (Robin); and her aunt Rosa Butler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
