He is survived by: his parent Joyce Earlene Meador Wade; his sons, Matt Wade (Samara) of Scottsville, KY and Patrick Wade of Scottsville, KY; his brothers, Charles Wade (Judy) of Scottsville, KY, Garry Wade (Christie) of Scottsville, KY and Dale Wade (Ronda) of Scottsville, KY; and his grandson Chandler Wade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
