With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Oscar Allen of Woodburn, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Oscar departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Oscar. Though Oscar may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Allen and Marie Etheridge Allen; his son Chris Allen; and his siblings, William Van Allen, Glenn Allen, Connie Allen and Rita Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda "Gayle" Allen of Woodburn; and his daughters, Elisha Rigsby of Lewisburg and Wendy Wilson of Bennington. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
