He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jeannette McDonald Carter; his son Michael Carter of Bowling Green; his grandsons, Gavin and Garrett Carter; and his sister Shirley Snodgrass of Bowling Green. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
