He is survived by: his parents, Charles Cartmill and Regina Wallen of Oakland, KY; his stepmother Sharon Cartmill; his siblings, Daniel Cartmill and Shannon Fox (Lee); his nephews, Tate Cartmill, Bradan Cartmill, Hunter Fox and Conner Fox; and his niece Savannah Cartmill.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Summer Shade Cemetery.
