He is survived by: his parent Shirley Mayes Cummings; his wife Betty Jean VanMeter Cummings of Woodburn; his children, Dustin Tyler Cummings of Woodburn and Amy Kathleen Cummings of Nashville; and his brothers, Dennis Cummings of Franklin and Douglas Cummings (Trina) of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
