It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy McKinnis of Woodburn, Kentucky, who passed away on July 1, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burr "Doc" and Eva McKinnis; and his sister Joyce Ann Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Betty McKinnis of Woodburn; his children, Mike McKinnis (Kristi) of Auburn, Daniel Williams (Amy) of Adairville, Michelle McKinnis of Woodburn, Carie Jones (P. J.) of Franklin, Julie Shoemake (James) of Auburn and Amy Flory (Paul) of White House, TN; and his brother Ronnie McKinnis (Sharon) of Glasgow. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
