She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her daughter Patricia Barton Hisel (Ken) of Georgetown, KY; her granddaughters, Michelle Howard (Tim) of Lexington and Amy Young (Darrell Godsey) of London, KY; and her great grandchildren, Katie Radtke of Louisville and Riley Radtke of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
