It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Faye Bays of Woodbine, Kentucky, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Buchanan and Phyllis Garland Buchanan; and her husband Joe Bays. She is survived by: her daughters, Amber Hoskins (Tony) of Woodbine and Amanda Bays (Powion Brown) of Corbin, Kentucky.; her siblings, Johnny Buchanan of Woodbine and Kay Buchanan of Woodbine; and her grandchildren, Lamden Cloud, Layla Cloud, Kinley Hoskins and Gage Gerber.
