He is survived by: his son Charles Richard Wynn (Kathy) of Corbin, Kentucky.; his wife Wanda Wynn (Eaton) of Woodbine; his grandchildren, Richie Wynn (Jessica) of Corbin, Steve Fannon of Georgetown and Cara Hutson (Kendall) of Springfield, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Raegan Wynn, Ayden Mason, Jaydra Woodward (Calvin), Kaitlyn Huff, David Hutson and Haley Smith; and his great great grandchildren, Harlow and Oakley.
