He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Bolton and Randy Walters Bolton; and his siblings, Crit Bolton, Bill Bolton, Paul Bolton, Tempie Bolton Gabbard, Gene Bolton, Enoch Bolton Jr., Dawn Bolton, Shirley Bolton Decker and Roy Bolton.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Cupp (Thomas Sr.) of Corbin and James Willard Bolton II (Drucilla) of Corbin; and his siblings, Glen Bolton (Renee) of Woodbine, Gracie Bolton Lowe of Corbin, Letcher Bolton of Corbin, Billy Bolton of Corbin and Bonnie Bolton Gabbard of Corbin.
