He is survived by: his parent Anna Euleen Troutman (Elliott); his wife JoAnn Troutman (Birmingham); his children, Tommy Troutman and Leslie Carter; his husband Rod Jr. of Woodbine; his sister Sharon McFarland; his grandchildren, Travis Troutman and Brandon Troutman; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Troutman, Averie Troutman and Jaxon Troutman.
