He is survived by: his sons, Chris Hammack (Alisha) and Donald Hammack (Chasity); his grandchildren, Zayne, Cole, Lucas, Austin, Destiny, Miley and Weston; his siblings, Bertie Martin (Edward) of Glasgow, Kentucky, Ruby Jackson of Corbin, Edith Lawson of Woodbine, Charles Hammack (Donna) of Talbot, Tennessee, Betty Marshall of Indiana, Erma Parker of Corbin, Judy Gray (Ronald) of Corbin, Eugene Hopkins (Sue) of Corbin, Rick Hopkins (Amy) of Corbin and Faye Hall (Tony) of Clinton; and also, Mike Wilson and Donna Cummings. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
