He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Osborne and Ethel Osborne (Castle); and his siblings, Marie Osborne, Lula Burns (John), Dorothy Rose (Les), Goldie Adams (Wallace), Hermalee Murphy (Junior), Walter Osborne (Dorothy) and Buel Osborne (Norma).
He is survived by: his wife Wanda (Tackett); his brother David Osborne (late Willa Dean); and his children, Kathy Strout (Carl), Sherry Blackburn (late Larry), Mark Osborne (Julie), Sheila Davies and Ruel Osborne (DeeDee). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
