He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Hamilton and Gladys Wells Hamilton; and his daughter Courtney. He is survived by: his wife Donna May; his daughter Russell Douglas Hamilton (Jessica) of Richmond, KY; and his grandchildren, Courtney Smith, Chaz Smith, Lelia Hamilton and Karlee Hamilton.
