He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Stanley and Johnnie Luna Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Katie Allen Franklin of Wingo; his children, Michelle Herrera of Corpus Christi, TX, Michael Franklin of Wingo, KY, Tim Franklin (Candy) of Mayfield and Tara Babb of Wingo; his siblings, Bonnie Rowe of Fulton, Evelyn Cox of Fulton, Barbara Rowe of Maynard, Roy Franklin of Hickman, Lesley Franklin of Wingo, Troy Franklin of Hickman County and Terry Franklin of Wingo; and his grandchildren, Tanner Franklin, Jonathan Franklin, Tiffany Franklin, Sophia Herrera, Kaler Babb, Kade Babb, Jeremiah Franklin, Olivia Herrera, Keagan Babb and Kelby Miller.
