He is survived by: his wife Janie Annala; his children, Jim Annala (Cindy) of Tuscon, AZ, David Annala of Tuscon, AZ, John Schlage of Tuscon, AZ and Julie Painter (Jeff) of Wingo, KY; and his siblings, John Annala of Riblake, WI, Verna Mueller of Portageville, WI, Diane Schlage of Tuscon, AZ, Deloris Bedgood of Bensonville, IL and Darlene Erickson of Illinois. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
