He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Fields and Dathel Fields of Wingo. He is survived by: his wife Dorris Fields (Neale); his children, Trent of Paducah, Tammy and Cole of Wingo; his siblings, Jamie Fields of Paris, Tenn. and Darlene Easterwood; his brother-in-law Jerry Neale; his nieces and nephews, Ben Bowden of Washington, D. C., Chris Neale (Melissa) of Mayfield, Jacob, Adrianna and Aiden Neale of Mayfield; and his cousins, Charlotte Bruce (Danny) and Patricia Poyner of Wingo.
