He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Coleman and Evelyn Elizabeth Tompkins Brown; and his grandparents, Bert, Lillie Tompkins, Brian and Rilla Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Barnes Brown of Wingo; his son Robert D. Brown (Syvillia L.) of Wingo; his grandchildren, Lance Goree (Allison) of Elizabethtown, Hannah G. Brown of Wingo and Rebekah F. Brown of Wingo; and his great grandchild Ava Drew Goree of Elizabethtown.
