He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Addisyn Nance; and his parents, Jerry Donald and Anita Kaye Harrison Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Walker Wheeler of Wingo; his daughters, Malissa Curtis of Mayfield, KY and Brandi Curtis of Wingo, KY; his brother Terry Wheeler (Lisa) of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Airiel Curtis, Aleigha Curtis and Noah Curtis; and his great grandchild Adalyn Faye Nance.
