He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Jones of Manchester, TN, Tina Delk of Sanford, ME and Michael Delk of Ripley, TN; and his siblings, Roger Delk of Wingo, KY, Bradley Delk of Wingo, KY, Kathy Garland of Murray, KY and Kiley O'Donnell of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
