It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nellie Ruth Pummer of Wingo, Kentucky, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gene E. Pummer; her parents, Sam Lee and Ruth Lee; and her siblings, Henry Lee, John Lee, George Lee, Dee Lee, Sam Lee Jr., Paul Kenneth Lee and Barbara Elliot.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Pummer (Mary) of Water Valley, Melissa Carroll (Patrick) of Hastings, MI, Kelly Cox (Kenneth) of Wingo and Matt Pummer (Maria) of Joppa, IL; and her sisters, Martha Porteous of Daytona Beach, FL and Mary Lynn McDonough of Daytona Beach, FL. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Enon Baptist Church Building Fund.
