She was predeceased by: her former husband Walter Earl Futrell; her husband Louis "Chris" Toon; her siblings, Billy Howard Keen, Charles "Needum" Keen, Henry Keen, Donald Keen, Macon Keen, Lois Helen Keen Toon and Martha Keen; and her parents, Garrett Keen and Nell Calhoun Keen.
She is survived by: her son Steve Futrell (Vickie) of Wingo, KY; her stepchildren, Craig Toon (Cheri) of Pryorsburg, KY and Pamela Walker (Derald) of Wapakoneta, OH; and her brother Hobert Keen of Clinton, KY. She is also survived by three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
