She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Rhodes; her brother Alden Adams; and her parents, James Elmer and Louella Mullins Adams. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hawkins (Donald) of Wingo, KY and Rick Rhodes (Gail) of Farmington, KY; her grandchildren, Brad Hawkins of Pembroke, KY, Chad Hawkins (Jonelle) of Russell Springs, KY, Kayla Ruby (Matt) of Charlotte, NC and Mark Rhodes (Julia) of Murray, KY; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella Hawkins and Zhanelle Hawkins.
