He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Lewis and Hepsia Dublin; and his children, David Wayne Lewis and Deborah Lynn Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Heathcott Lewis; and his children, Laura Housman of Wingo, Jeff Lewis (Cindy) of Eureka Springs, AR and Tim Lewis (Omega) of Wingo, KY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great- grandchildren 2 great-great-grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
