He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bryant and Hattie Lola Wray Blaylock. He is survived by: his wife Joyce D. Boyd Blaylock; his daughter Teresa Ann Travis; his son-in-law Mark of Cuba, KY; his son Randy Glenn Blaylock of Wingo, KY; his grandchildren, Jerry Travis of Mayfield, KY and Tiffany Newhouse of Wingo, KY; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Travis, Gage Newhouse, Lainey Kelly and Corbin Kelly.
We do ask that you wear a mask for the visitation and services for Mr. Blaylock.
