He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Lee Menser; his siblings, Robert Wayne Menser, John Earl Menser and Jean Harr; and his parents, James D. Menser, Sr. and Roberta Holden Menser.
He is survived by: his children, James Allen Menser (Kim) of Wingo, KY, Michael Wayne Menser of Mayfield, KY, Roy Allen Menser (Billie) of Mayfield, KY, Suzanne Williams (Joseph) of Mayfield, KY and Cheyenne Arthur of Wingo, KY; and his siblings, Charles Menser of Mayfield, KY, Mary Ann Gordon of Ballard County, KY and Betty Massey of LaCenter, KY. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
