He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his sons, Kimo of Los Angeles and Kurt; his wife Naoko of Saitama; his sisters, Peggy Boyd (Merle) of Dallas and Sally Simmons of Dallas; his stepson Benjamin Seth Bowden of Washington, D. C.; his friends, Forrest Martin and Don Johnson; and also, Kaika of Saitama and Japan.
