He is survived by: his wife Risa Collins Neville of Wingo, KY; his daughter Ashley Neville Polo of Murray, KY; his stepdaughter Sandra Fleming of Union City, TN; his mother Sandra Kaye Stone (Darrell); his siblings, Angie Tynes (Jeff) of Sedalia, KY, Marnie Teems of Mayfield, KY, Melissa Prather of Sedalia, KY, Brandy Foster of Louisville, KY and Scott Neville (Jennfier) of Reidland, KY; his stepsister Shaylee Draven of Central City, KY; his aunt Jan Wood of Benton, KY; his uncle Terry Albright (Karen) of Benton, KY; and his grandchildren, Cameron Smith, Skylan Smith, Damien Miller and Bryson Polo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
