He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita J. Watts; his sister Shirley Isbell; and his parents, Billy Watts and Dorothy Watts. He is survived by: his brother Leigh Ann Jarvis (Scott) of Symsonia, KY; and his grandchild Barbara Malone (Jim) of Benton, KY. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
