She is survived by: her husband Max Ayers Sr.; her sisters, Barbara James and Susie Cox; her children, Michael J. Ayers (Debbie) of Wingo, Max J. Ayers (LaDonna) of Mayfield, Cheryl Vanness (Mark) of Wingo and Mary Black (Kevin) of Farmington; and her siblings, Glen Cox (Clara) of Mayfield, Kenneth Cox of Mayfield, Joyce Roy (Ronnie) of Mayfield and Linda Perry of Mayfield. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
