He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Ed Gossum and Dorthy Lou House Gossum; and his son Travis E. Gossum. He is survived by: his wife Vena Spitler Gossum; his sister Donna McCue (Terry Edwards) of Mayfield, KY; his daughter Tammie Hester (Bubba) of Wingo, KY; his stepdaughter Kalin Perkins (Tim) of Wingo, KY; his grandsons, Josh Hester (Kendra) of Wingo, KY, Devin Gossum of Mt. Washington, KY and Jonathan Perkins of Wingo, KY; and his great grandchildren, Loella Hester and Mason Hester.
